What we collect
Your email address, and your name if your sign-in provider shares it, to sign you in.
The account id your sign-in provider gives us. You can sign in with Google, GitHub, or a one-time code sent to your email.
Records of your keys and calls, to run and bill the service.
Payment records from our payment processor, such as the amount, date and status of each top-up. Our payment processor is Dodo Payments. We do not store your full card details.
The inputs your agent sends and part of each result, so you can review calls in your Activity tab.
How we use it
To run the service, bill your calls, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.
Who else handles it
To run a tool, we send its inputs to the third party that serves that tool.
We also use these processors to run Hyvelox:
Dodo Payments handles payments. Resend sends sign-in and account email. Contabo hosts our servers in the EU. Google and GitHub handle sign-in, only if you choose them.
We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
Call logs, including the inputs and results shown in Activity, are deleted after 30 days.
Raw payment webhook data is trimmed after 90 days. Expired sessions and sign-in codes are deleted.
Account, balance and billing records are kept while your account exists, and after that for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account. For this or any other privacy request, email support@hyvelox.com.
If you signed in with Google, you can also remove Hyvelox's access from your Google account settings.
